Actually, I got 4th and 6th..and I didn't run my mouth or disrespect the other athletes while doing it. Oh, and I also know the difference between "your" and "you're". Willy Kaul. Tyler Sigl. Remember those names. |

yea and hany got 3rd. And yea you did disrespect other athletes by talking shit about hany. You are no better than he is. I would actually say you are worse because hany has never come on the internet and called anyone a bitch. |

so is 4th and 6th better than 3rd? BE SERIOUS!!! i bet you never even talked to hany but still you be hatin over da internet like an ignant biatch. i'm glad you got 4th and 6th at nationals and went on to better things like talkin crap on college kids on the internet, did mcD's give you the hour off to watch the 5k or did you just quit cause you saw burger king was hiring and knew you'd only be out of work for a minute? i can't wait till you roofie some girl, get her pregnant and have kids, then you embarrass your son/daughter by yelling at the opposing coach or referee during a children's rec league soccer game, i mean, how didn't they see that blatant foul?!?! but hey, at least you got 4th AND 6th!!! at d3 nationals, right brah? you could do no wrong, you got 4th AAAAAAAAAAAAND 6th!!! and you led your team to a XC national championship...o no wait, that was hany. s my d, s it long, s it hard. |

any video of the 800 race? I'm dying to see it again, when I saw it live it looked like Kosgei came from 5th or 6th place with 1 or 2 laps to go. What an exciting race. any video? |

The 800m really began to play out when O'Brien started moving to the front with 450m to go. Kosgie was just behind him, but got gapped by about 6-8m. @ 250m to go Kosgie started moving up the outside into O'Brien's "shadow" and made a huge move @ 150m to go to challenge for the lead going into the final curve. He put in a huge finish to win w/out a serious challenge. I thought all the men's distance races were incredibly exciting. Zdroik ran an incredibly gutsy race in the mile and Kaul and Sigl battling to the finish was amazing. Having both the Mile and 5000m come down to .01 was a track fans dream. |

With Kaul's 5K victory, John Zupanc at Oshkosh proves again that he is the best distance coach in D3. |
