The time to set a good example was perhaps when she was first accused of doping by Conté. There is nothing funny about this news. I don't agree with what she did, and she deserves to be punished, however I feel bad for her as her life is already in shambles.

Actually, that's never been proved. His positive test for steriod use occurred several months after he testified to Congress that he had never used steriods. So it's possible (ha ha) that he was telling the truth to Congress and used steriods for the first time subsequent to his testimony.

I think some congressional committee later said that they would not seek perjury charges against good ol' Rafi.

There is no reason to jump to conclusions on somebody response without looking very carefully of who I was responding to.
