Ok I've been running a good few years, and have really hit the track hard last two summers. My times are as below, so actually quite similar to Eddy when he started this thread, aside from the 15 which is a decent bit closer to the sub4 target! Anyways, after scratching my head as to what I'd go try run this year, likes of sub2 for 8, sub9 for 3k or sub16 for 5k or the big one, sub4 for 15, I came across this thread, if Eddy managed it then f*ckit, I can go sub4 also! I'm in my late 20s so don't have forever to keep batting away at this middle distance game, as well as that the big bad world (work and all that) has limited my training, I know how easy it can all fall off the bandwagon and let athletics fall by the wayside, so as far as I'm concerned its now or never for me! My track season is kicking off next weekend with an 800m, followed swiftly by a 1500 afew days later, it will give me some idea of where I am!
