Dudes..

1. AU Centro does his magic again. AU goes 1-2-3. Three on anyone's one in a mediocre league...you are going to win.

2. Navy shot their torpedoes early

3. Army. Run like they did against Navy last week, they could take 2nd.

4. Bucknell. Can't get anymore high school than Bucknell. Top H.S.program in PA!

5. Lehigh. Change the DoDo brown uniforms already!

6. Lafayette. Home course advantage. If it wasnt for the home course, could be dfl.

7. Colgate. Crest and Aquafresh get cramps and run 6 and 7.

8. Holy Cross. Holy Crap!

Chicks...

I'm too tired now...but a way more interesting meet than the guys.

1. Bucknell. There's to lose. Going backwards + crap for coaching = upset.

2. AU. Remember the 1-2-3 thing. Really this is where the Centro magic is seen. Need crazy races from 4 and 5. Do they even have 5 on the roster?

3. Lehigh. The Lady DoDo's have the best shot at the upset. They get 3 in the top 10, they win.

4. Navy. Tight race with Colgate. Navy tends to go south as the season goes on.....oh beehave!

5. Colgate. Takes advantage of Navy going South..........

6. Army. They were all they could of been against Navy.

7. Lafayette. I have nothing...

8. Holy Cross. Holy Crap! Thats so lame...

Bucknell could pull off the win. Those guys had a shitty schedule and havn't had the chance to flex their muscles. they'll be ready to roll this weekend.

Why not, because he's only had two all-american woman distance runners in the last four years? Both now running professionally?

Bucknell will not win on either side. They lost too much talent from last year. Nastase came in first and Forys was like top 5. No way the women can repeat. And Campbell is just too inconsistent on the men's side.

How about individual top 5 on both sides?

Campbell has had an extremely consistent and strong season. He should finish well.

This will be the closest finish in years I believe between the top 4 men's teams.

As for women, it's a 2 team race between Bucknell and Navy.

is it sad to say that Holy Cross Men are much better this year then they are in previous years?

I don't think it'll be as bad as it was last year. The mud at Colgate was horrendous, i've never been in a race where i put so much effort in to run so slow.

Bucknell Women are the best looking in the league, Cross and Lafayette are the least well endowed teams
