My guess is that you can get a 5K done in the high 16's...you sound fast.
As for the other details. The company that is producing our singlets, jackets, etc says that they need the logo and fonts created in one of those programs because...

An output should work, I would guess. I have an idea and font, but no sketches. My idea is very basic, I can give details to those that need it.
