Great run by Solinsky and a breakthrough by Asmeron. Who is coaching him?
If I recall right Bolota was a pacemaker in NY marathon last year. 13.15 is great!
13:15 is the new 13:30

Myers slipped a little.
Not a bad result by Teg, but he did run 3:34.25 earlier this season.

421 MOURHIT MOHAMMED BEL DNF Thats SO funny! The guy is 37, he used to be a great runner but everytime he tries to make a comeback his result is crap! When does he ever retire.
how is 3:36 good for Teg? he should be able to run a lot faster
if you watched the race you would know that he was boxed in from 1000 to 1400 meters
It appears Jonathan Johnson's getting back to form..did he take out the pace for Webb?
nope, he was in 3rd/4th for the whole race. pacer went through in 49.7 with webb 2nd. the canadian guy past webb on the back straight and webb past him on the home stretch

Great runner? HA!!! He was/is a blatant doper. He was one of the first ever EPO Positives when they developed the test for EPO. He served a 2year suspension for EPO from 2002 to 2004.
You really think he ran 26:52 and 12:49 cleanly? Yeah, right...
Even the Belgians don't like him. He can't speak Flemish, and he carried the Moroccan flag, not the Belgian flag, when he won the European championships. He is not appreciated by the Belgian people. According to Rik, most of the Belgian runners are hoping that he tests positive again so he can be banned for LIFE.
Wilson Kipketer's case is a bit different. He speaks Danish and had assimilated into Danish society. He is accepted there as a Dane.

Does this get Riley into worlds if Lagat doesn't run the 5k? Great to see Riley finally pr again, he's still young enough to have some good years in him and be more competitive.
Ian is ready to PR it seems after his fast 1500 and now this. What a great year for american 5k runners it has been even without any of previous years fast 5k runners Goucher, Hall, Broe running a fast 5k or one at all.
looks like some nice races for Dobson, Riley, and Graham!!
