If somebody did go back to school for 4 years after 40 could they run for a school like Rice if they could run at least 3:46 for the 1500.

With improving sports medicine and training we will be seeing many sub 4s at 40 in the next 25 years.

Pete Magill got completely away from the sport for ten years. He's done OK.

Congrats to all in the race. Great runs for both Centrowitz and Sorensen. Is that Dan Wilson from Connecticut? I ran against him in high school. Well, at least I saw him for the first 300m or so...

That was a joke, right? The major networks bidding for the rights to broadcast a "master's mile" ?? Yeah, we'll see THAT someday. (c'mon, the major networks don't bid to broadcast a world record attempt mile. Get real).

Networks bidding - a joke , yes. Nike , or another company , putting a mega master's mile as part of the Pre Classic. A major stage with network coverage could happen. Happy trails !
