Who will win the 1500m at NCAA's? Max Smith, Manzano, Lancashire, Rono, Lomong, Brown, Solares, Torrence?
Should be a great race. My bet - it goes out slow. Rono and Lancashire are 1-2 in the stretch and Manzano passes for the win.

I'd throw Curtis in there.
Justin Switzer to place.
A lot of kickers in this race. Could go to anyone. Are Curtus and Switzer big kickers?
yes, Manzano....that's the favorite, no doubt
I don't see any reason to suppose that Manzano will lose
Lancaster...the only one in the field with world class milers speed. Will run 3:34/35 this year
I believe Bobby Curtis is only running the 5000.
what about woods, he's run 3:57
Learn to spell his name and we may believe you.
Not sure if Lomong has the speed so I think Lancashire, Manzano and Rono have to be the favorites.
Jake "Motherf***ing" Watson
Manzano, Lomong

You had to TRY to screw it up that bad. Jesus dude...
But yes, despite the fact that he is currently getting the vote of the illiterate, I would give him my vote. Big duel between him and Manzano, so it is going to be close.
Also, let us remember, that this IS a championship race, and as much as I would like to see it be an all-out, redline city type of battle to the finish--that, well, is just not going to happen. So in light of that, hell, any one could win it...but Lancasire and Manzano are my favorites right now.
A.J. Baby!
Will Leer.
how has no one mentioned Russel Brown, he just won pac 10's and he was the runner up in indoor for the mile. i think he definitely has a shot, although i will give manzano the nod because he's already one two ncaa's
Max Smith
Lyn "Rocky" Rayner for life.
Garlic Bread. It's the future.
If i recall lomong was an national class 800 runner last year. So i doubt that he lacks speed. I believe he is a 145/146 runner. My favorite is rono though. He ran 2 flat his last 800 of his 10k at conference to break 29. He also ran a 12 second last 100 in the finals of the 800 after running the 1500 an hr before. Then he came back and jogged the 5k in like 14:20 or something. He was talking the whole time. He is crazy fast but you never know there are some bad dudes this year in the 1500.
