Who is this guy from Ole Miss? He threw it down in the SEC Championships.

Still not as impressive as Craig\'s 10k, 1500, 5k triple at Ole Miss...
Amazing work by Barnabus!
An SEC Distance Triple - very rare indeed!
Friday night: 10k in 30:07 1st place by 5 seconds
Saturday: Steeplechase in 8:33! 1st place by 9 seconds
Sunday: 5k in 14:06 1st place by 4 seconds
Pretty impressive to score 30 points by yourlsef in the SEC conference meet and do it in 3 distance races.
He's living up to the potential he showed in winning NCAA XC Regionals last fall.
The steeple and 5k times are impressive considering they came after a 10k in the heat on Friday night.
This guys is for real.
pardon the typing error. The correct spelling is Barnabas
I don't know from a guy who has run a couple of races over barriers that race just tears up your legs and if you are already tired it makes it just that much harder.
Peter Kosgei also also pulled a 5k/10k/3kSt getting 2nd, 2nd and 3rd respectively. Not too shaby either.
what happened to Burrell?

who?
Didn't Vincent Rono run a great triple last year at conference?
alistair cragg...used to run for arkansas...in 2004 won 10k, 1500, 5k.
interesting how on Letsrun's front page, there is no mention of this very rare triple by Kirui, yet they did make sure to highlight Chris Solinsky losing the 1500 at big 10s, some guy winning the 100m at big tens, and a girl who did a similar triple at big 10s....give me a break...i know in sports like basketball/football/baseball theres a big10 bias in the media (youd think the SEC's yearly dominance in those sports would end that..o well), but for the love of god give Barnabas Kirui of Ole Miss some respect.
SEC is weak this year, no one cares...
craig.
Wow.
Think to yourself before you type. Then read it. Then delete it.

Lets see how many from IC4A will score at nationals compared to SEC?
his steeple time (8:33) is the best in the country
8:33 - the best in the Country behind a Div 2 runner
Is that supposed to make the time any less legit?
All pretty good for a guy that looks like he's in his thirties. No one seems to know how old this guy really is. He's an enigma.
wow...another 28 year old kenyan has a great triple at confrence. Excuse me if i dont get too excited about it.
