My wife teaches a Spin Class" for the YMCA, she agonizes over the music and burns a new cd for every class. She is foever going to the library to check out cds and copy them to our computer.
I actually know a lot about music, but she refuses to take any of my advice. I think every class should have a "theme" - that could be her "thing." For example, one class could be all 70s disco, or every song could have something in common like break up songs, or oceans...
I even suggested an all Bee Gees type of thing. I get shot down every time.
Last night I burned an ALL JOHNNY CASH cd and put it in her workout bag. I took out the one she had in there for her class this morning (and the other 2 cds as well).
I matched the songs she had - that is, if she had a slower song, I put in a slower Cash song, if hers was fast, I did a faster one.
I just got a call from her, SHE IS SUPER SUPER PISSED. She ended up using the cd, since she did not have anoy other music, but she is pissed.
Was I wrong or will this be something we will laugh about next week?
