I have Posterior Tibial Tendonitis, and a new tendonitis brewing in my other leg, lateral side. My muscles have felt "tight" and "hard". I stretch a lot. I drink water and fluids. I eat well.
I had this idea that my tendonitis is caused by dehydrated muscles. This is sort of a Myofascial Pain sort of idea. So I thought of taking Creatine and welcoming the side effect of waterlogged muscles.
Has anybody done this? Heard about it?
I took 10g total yesterday for the first time in several years. I felt a little strange, like a subtle body flush/rush. I ran expecting total pain this morning. My feet feel better… at least much better than expected. Luck? Coincidence? I have been dealing with this pain long enough to know what should have happened.
