Thanks wejo, this onw actually seems to work in reality.

How long is the LT pace for? Is it mile repeats or for extended distances? Thanks just curious.

Could someone explain the first two columns for the non-techincally inclined? The first column seems to be the pace you could run hard mile repeats -- the second column is lactate threshold, which is basically a tempo run that is starting to become anaerobic, correct?

Is is just me or my 5K and 10K times are faster than what my marathon time predicts? I recently ran a 2:57 marathon, but there is no way I could touch mid-17's in the 5K at present.

It's just you. My 5k/10k times predict a marathon almost 10 minutes faster than my PR. Or maybe it's just me.
