Can somebody post the womens results?
Can somebody post the womens results?
Gotta be hard being a Wolverines fan. Getting OWNED by Wisconsin every year sux.
wow live results are awesome!!! cept they aren't live....
Have you ever been to Indiana? If so you know why they aren't live:-) Things don't move too fast down there.
I was there. Here is my report.
Solinsky was way out in front. Wisconsin looked like they had it. He was in first, Eagon second, and then Wagner and one other were somewhere between 4-8 for most of the race. Withrow was furthur back, but it looked like he was going to catch the Wagner group. Then shit happened. The Minnesota guy past Eagon, started moving up on Solinsky. Then he passed Solinsky, I never saw him trip either. From that point it was about 1K to go, and Solinksy started moving back. Eagon challenged the Minnesota guy at the end and nearly beat him, but in the end he lost. Great race by Eagon. Michigan ran great. Wagner and other wisco guy placed well. Then Solinsky was near 10th with Withrow nearby. Ill have to wait to see results, but that is how I pretty much saw it. Wisconsin will come back, they are too dominant, they just had an off day.
Bullshit, colorado is taking the title this year.

So , talk about cherry picking a season, I think Solinsky has only had to run one race this year, is that possible?
So he will run 3 all season?
Or did he run today?
Boy, XC has really evolved into something quite different over last 5 years.
You sound like Scotty on Dyestat.
No, he sounds EXACTLY like king99.
If Wisconsin can't last 8k, how are they supposed to run 10k?
Rombough taking Big Ten is definitely huge.
did solinsky and the esco guys PUROSEFULLY sandbag the race to raise doubts around the country as to their invincibility?
Has anyone considered the idea that maybe Wisconsin was training through this race? Why not train through this race, thinking they could still win it otherwise and not really caring much about how they place here because they know the big fish is NCAA's, and make sure they peak at just the right time instead of blowing their load at Big 10's. Big whoop.

Just got back from the meet.
Wisco won with 27
Michigan was second with around 90
Minn was 3rd?
Iowa was 5th, IU was 6th, OSU was 7th, Purdue was 10th
Solinksy was leading by about 75mor so and just starting his final push with about 2.5K to go before the left hand turn up the hill at IU, I am not sure where he fell, but they mentioned over the PA that Eagon passed him (who was 2/3rd down by 75m). He got back up and was trying to get back into it. Finished 7th
Wisco put 4 in the top 7, Eagon - 2nd, Nelson 4th? Wagner 5th? Solinsky - 7th, Withrow - 8th

Yes, and there was a second gunman on the grassy knoll.
what about the women?
im told wisconsin won 25 to 85
and told that solinksky was winning by a large amount before he tripped and fell.
Ha ha ha ha ha ha! Some guy from Minnesota ran the shoes off the infallible babied darlings from Wisconsin. Poor babies, what will they do? My guess is that this one race was too much for the babies from Wisconsin. They will have to sit out the rest of the year, because now they are tired and hurt and their egos need repair.
