Any updates on from beautiful VCP?
Any updates on from beautiful VCP?
The race started 7 minutes ago, so unless you're expecting mile splits, I'm guessing you'll have to wait a bit before hearing anything.
Ah yes. I was thinking it was going off at 10:15. I'll just have to wait.
I want a link ASAP .... I'm getting no work done here.
Ivy League Sports says True and Princeton won. Nothing else right now.

Wyner 2432-does anyone else find this incredibly impressive? He was splitting 148 and running 346 in a major breakthrough freshman year a couple years ago. But he has gotten ALOT better at xc. I would watch out for this guys on the track. A sub 340 is definitely possible.
Last year Cheryl Treworgy was there taking photos for PrettySporty.com, probably because the Big East championship was also there (last year). Today she's in Boston and not VCP.
Does anyone know if there will be pictures anywhere?
Please help.
Any word on the women's race?
just got off the phone with a friend who was in the race. aparently wyner fell a mile and a half in and went from 10th to around 30th place and was pretty scratched up from the fall. still an amazing showing. congratulations to him.

Congrats to Princeton. Both teams were head and shoulders above the rest. Usually its more competive than that (56 -66 pts for the winner).
The Men from Morningside, NY's real ivy, stepped uptoday. They should be proud of the runner-up finish. I liked all the posts that had them ranked b/w 4-7.
Wood showed his former staff who was boss. Columbia 2nd twice v. Brown and Havard - DFL twice.
they have the first 25 and all the team scores up.
Columbia men were tough as Hell today! That was impressive! Wood had those guys ready to run through a brick wall!
While I can't say I have been following too closely since graduating, it seems to me that fifth is a decent showing for Cornell compared to recent results (last 5-6 years).
Congrats to Rojo and the team. I'm sure its probaly not what you hoped for, but it seems likes progress, and a good sign to me.
Hey Gaites,
Today's finish was the best by Cornell since 2000.

Sizzle,
I definitely agree. Although True won, I have to say that Jim Wyners race was the best of the day. For a mid distance guy to run that fast on such a hard course is crazy. Congrats to him, Rojo, and the whole team.
Yale 4th... oh snap.
