Rock has a huge gap from shit talking geddis till their 7th guy and that will make things interesting. Honestly Rock only has Weiss and Regan. Bluman and Geddis haven't proven anything when it comes time for the post-season. Stating that Rock and 'Boro will have a good battle at Nationals is way off base my friend considering you still have 2 weeks until conference and 3 until regionals and another 5 until nationals. Trust me when I say this that Lock Haven will be in the hunt in 3 weeks when it counts the most. It is their backyard and you will have to fight them to the death for that Regional title. |

With results from a different meet with some of the same teams. PSAC does not seem very deep this year. If LH is 3rd--the league is very weak. I do not think Boro and Rock are as strong as people think. I guess someone has to win the region though. Luckily they are not in the Great Lakes. |

So, it looks like Rock is a top 8 team. Probably a bit ahead of Boro. Lock Haven has fallen quite a bit. First time out of the top 25 in a while. |

Finishing 8th at regionals ahead of people like Jorge, Helfrick, Hans, Moneyhon, and Cummings... I'm not fooled, he should probably stop running right now. |

Oh yeah, bluman give it up. You suck. Big Bear and I are right because you have not performed well at Meets that matter. Man I remember regionals that year. Bluman outkicked me hard that day. Good job man. Make sure you guys run well when it counts. Take care. -Jorge |

No, they are twins that went to Kennerdale a district III high school. They were campers at the ship camp for several years, i was hoping they would end up there. Heading into their senior year their goal was to run with spence every step of every run of camp. Great kids I am glad to see them continuing to run well. |

Yes, it IS the Matt Grey that ran for the Rock. Go back a few pages on this thread, already covered. One of the twins went to OU, the other to SRU. Matt left SRU to go be with his bro. Hoovis |

Whats up guys. Just took a 10 min drive up to White Clay park with the roommates to check out the U. Del XC meet. WCU ran there. Tee Pee ran really smoothly. Took 2nd and ran low 26. He just looks really fit. I think whoever said LHU will be in the hunt is definitely justified with that thought. I think it's still a 3 way race no doubt. Obviously I'm pullin for my SRU boys, but nothing is set in stone for any team that's for sure. AT PSU, I noticed Kevin Dustin didn't run. He has been running as the solid SRU 5 man lately. I hope he bounces back. Jorge, are you going to PSACs? Wags is coming home from El Paso the Thurs before PSACs. He coming down to DE and we're going to head up to KU. Just wondering if I will see ya up there. Gettin down to the nitty gritty. Good luck guys. |

haha Shizzy he got you good you flammer!!! I looked all over the internet for the definition of a flammer, still no luck, updates to come. Also I'd like to give a shout out today to Chris Clark for his 25:01 performance at CMU today. From what I saw and what others told me he was pretty dominant the whole time, it's a shame there wasn't more competition to push him. Two weeks to K-Town... hope everyone's ready. |

Now that the season is pretty much over, why don't we direct the conversation onto the post-season. where does everyone have the teams ranked so far? PS: Stop picking on shizzy, he hasn't said anything on her negative at all, or at least in a long time. All of you trying to call him out and telling him that he is making this team look bad is way off topic. Lets concentrate on the running, go start a I f****** hate shizzy thread and express whatever you want there! |
