in response to weiss, i'm not surprised that he has run that fast, but i am surprised he has ran that fast this early, i think he just putzed around some 3k's this year and then bam, 409. plus slippery rock usually doesn't take indoors seriously. Hopefully he, Clark, and some others from the conference can get top 3 at nationals come spring in the 5 or 10.

And yeah clark ran 7:57, that aint bad either, 4:18 pace is probably better than 75% of people who post this forum.
