Oh and the course...it will eat you up if you dont bring your A-game thats for sure...Up and down the whole time. One 500 meter climb and about 4 or 5 200 to 300 meter climbs. lots of turns...if it gets muddy it gets really really slow

It appears that the PSAC is starting to shape up finally after this past weekend.

Top 3 teams

Edinboro
Lock Haven
Shippensburg

Top runners

Clark Cal
Reagan SRU
Weiss SRU
Getz LH
Hilton LH
Beegle SHIP
Mclaughlyn Boro
Hahn Boro
Hankins Boro
Gaudet IUP

Top 20 guys

Pomerantz LH
Yeatts LH
Miller LH
Leanord SRU
Dalton Bloom
Stockley Bloom
Boyer Ville
Shelly IUP
Sitler SHIP
Stetler SHIP
Rissle SHIP

Edinboro is lacking a 4-5 guy right now, if they can get that taken care of then they will be the favorites

Lock Haven has a great pack and might have the best number 5 in the conference

Ship has a great group but needs to move up their number 5 to the rest of the 2,3,4 guys and they can be a threat.

Slippery Rock is lacking depth on their team. If Weiss doesn't come around then they will be in trouble.

Predictions as of today

1. Clark CAL
2. Reagan SRU
3. Mclauglyn Edinboro
4. Hahn Edinboro
5. Beegle Ship
6. Hilton LH
7. Weiss SRU
8. Hankins Edinboro
9. Getz LH
10. Gaudet IUP
11. Dalton Bloom
12. Yeatts LH
13. Sitler Ship
14. Pomerantz LH
15. Stockley Bloom
16. Stetler Ship
17. Shelly IUP
18. Rissel Ship
29. Boyer Ville

Team Scores

Edinboro
3 4 8 21 26
Total 62

Lock Haven
6 9 12 14 23
Total 64

Shippensburg
5 13 16 18 22
Total 74

Just predictions, feel free to put up your predictions and I will do another one sometime before PSACS

Edinboro: can of course find a 4,5 guy somewhere and score a lot less points if not they could still pull off another great victory with their three front runners.

Lock Haven: if Pomerantz is hurt then they lose sum points and ship moves up to the second best team.

Ship: Has run everybody so nothing missing for them. If they improve any off of their Paul Short performance they will do great at PSACS and Regionals.

What Reagan did was run an average college runners race.

I give him props for winning the meet, but honestly, this guy is a good runner, not a great one.

shut your mouth. Reagan is one of the most improved runners of any division this year. his season is proving it.

I support reagan but he is in no way one of the most improved runners in the country this year, he was AA last year. I am sure there are guys out there running 27's last year that are running 24's this year, those are the guys that are the most improved. Rissel from ship ran 28:19 last year at Paul short and ran 25:58 this weekend. That is improvement.

Ship Vs Haven= Beegle is stronger than anyone from Haven, although Hilton and Getz are running very strong..I believe that Ships 2,3,4 are a bit stronger packed than havens. And if they are lucky Sitler or one of their guys can bridge the gap to Getz (Hilton is a little too strong). who knows whats going on with Pomerantz but if in shape could be stronger than ships 2. so really it comes down to who will have the best 5 and I believe that Josh Neyhart will be able to run a little stronger than Zondlo or Yeatts. We will have to see what happens....Should be a great race and cant wait to be there cheering everyone on.
