Holy crap, McKean! For someone who rips endlessly on other people, you should read what you typed. My god. I second the motion that you are mentally retarded. Where on earth did you learn to write? You might have the same intelligence level as my four year old nephew (yes, this is a kid who picks his nose, eats it, and spend most of his day behind a screen of some sort).

Good luck making it through life. You should give yourself a trophy, because I'm sure doctors predicted you'd be dead long ago.

So does anyone have any guesses to what the times will be if weather is good for regionals at the rock course? And if so, who will be the top five contenders that will be separated from the rest of the pack? I'm guessing clark, reagan, weiss, hahn, and possibly beegle from ship. Anyone else have any different choices or people I may have forgotten?
me thinks

Hey you recent PSAC alumni, what are you up to these days? Bluman, Geddis, Pinto, Niemera, Cummings, Wooten, and whoever else I missed.

So I am on my lunch break at work and realized that I have not read this thing since I graduated. Looks like I wasn't missing anything new.

For the one person out there who cares I am working in the Cleveland are now (my hometown). The running was going ok before work started for me, hitting about 80 per week. But work threw a wrench in my training and i was not able to build up. I am just now adjusting to working and running for myself, it is different not running for a team, i miss it. Most of my runs on the weekend have been with my girlfriend (don't laugh at that, she runs pretty fast) but as of now I can't handle a normal run at my college pace, but by middle to late november i plan on averaging below 6 min pace again on my runs.

Good Luck to all..

There are a ton of teams coming into the Rock because it is basically a Pre-Nat meet.

Expect this to be a race everyone PR's at for the season.

if you guys were good you would have went d1,I wanna talk about what school has the best running/partying balance. Lock might be the fastest this year but im sure its because they go right to bed after their races. I hear ESU knows how to party like rock stars..
