Does anyone know of a link where one can covert speed i.e. 8.0 miles an hour into pace? I am starting to do a little more work on the treadmill and would like a reference point conversion table or something like that...

10.0 mile per hour = 6:00 per mile etc

It's pretty simple math. Divide 60 by the MPH listed on the treadmill and you'll get close. Treadmills are notoriously inaccurate to begin with,so a ballpark figure is the best you'd do anyway..

You aren't very bright are you?

12MPH = 5:00
11.5 = 5:15
11MPH = 5:30
10.5 = 5:45
10MPH = 6:00

Ummmm...most treadmills will have the minute per mile on the display. I don't know of any treadmill that doesn't.

Actually we have about a dozen different ones at the store and I think only 3 or 4 have the pace/mile.
