Hey, who is the fastest American in 2006?

DRUGS!!
Damn that felt good.
Just kidding.
KR is the fastest american
1:43 point from the B race.
Our Gary gets no love. This isn't the first time he's been relegated to the JV heat, yet he consistently goes 1 or 2 when it happens and his final time ends up fast enough to have made the A race in the first place.
Oh, and he was in final at WCs last year.
Maybe sub 1:44 will finally open doors for him
I'm glad to see him finally get 1:43. You see so many guys running 1:45 and 1:46 (quite a few running 1:44 this year), but not so many running 1:43. I hope he keeps it up! Congratulations!
poo time guyyyyy 143...... no you didnt!

If he ran the same time in the A race he would have still been like last place.
....or maybe much faster!
He led the B race and won by a large margin. Surely that counts for half a second?
It is his agents job to get him into better races. His job is to run as fast as he can. Congrats to him. His agent has some work to do
in the aftermath of the big 4x8 last week and reed's new record, i took a look at some other canadian records and apparently, the canadian 4x800 record is a laughable 7:26. my college record was faster. not that its a terribly meaningful record, but maybe someone could throw together a race and make this mark respectable.
