Can anyone recommend a great sports chiropractor that is familiar with post-traumatic sports injuries in the Bay Area? My goal is to run and live without my back/shoulder/hamstring complaining. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

The 1500/mile times seem consistent, but his 5K time stinks. He needs to run more miles.
hmmmmmm...the man is 50 years old...wish my 5K stunk as bad as his ;}
I am willing to drive a bit, but would like to find a Sports Chiro in the South Bay or Penninsula area.
Any Recomendations?

I recommend Dr. Joe. He has helped a great deal with runners, accident victims in recovery, etc.

I recommend attenting a "Pose Method of running" clinic. Their are several certified coaches in your area. If you are not familiar with this method of teaching efficiency of running you can checkout more at
. Here is a list of coaches and clinics around the world.
Thanks for all the input so far folks.
From what I read about that pose stuff is just over-complicating running. Most of it seems pretty inherent to any high-mileage runner (you're kind of dorced to run effeicently), please feel free to hijack this thread.
brycexlighthall,
Actually Pose Method technique simplifies running to Pose, fall, pull. Unforturnately, its our wrong perception of running and training that gets in the way of efficiency. Best of luck anyways with your injury.
