wow lukezic is getting faster . i am surprised that is amazing he is closing in on some of the best evan webb one day
This is insane, 3:33 for 12th place.
for what, like 13th? that has to have been one of the deepest 1500s ever.
12 Lukezic Christopher USA 3:33.28
Crazy you can come in 12th with a 3:33.28
16 Silva Rui POR 3:44.61
Look who he beat today

12th and here is the fastest 12th:
12 3:32.95 Juan Carlos Higuero ESP Bruxelles 2004-09-03
It is now Lagat and Lukazic, until Webb gets himself ready to roll again. Nobody else has proven to be at their level this season in a fast, from the gun race. Hopefully more join in on the success.
Lukezic is just about at the 3:32 level. As I once said Lukezic is doing what Willis has for the last few years in that he is running fast times in deep race and still finishing at the back. Still, he will be rewarded someday for this with a 3:32 1500 and be right up there with Willis.
Lukezic is basically filling in for the injured Webb.
What are you talking about? Webb is a two time US Champion, a World Championships finalist and has faster prs in every event than does Lukezic. And the season is far from over. To say it's just now Lagat and Lukezic is absurd, Webb is still around.
What are you talking about?
I said, It is now Lagat and Lukazic, until Webb gets himself ready to roll again.
Where do I say Webb hasn't accomplished anything in his career and is done for the season?
Reading comprehension my friend, check into it.
Nice run for Sully, too (3:32).

Another of Juli Henner's athletes. Congrats to her, and Chris and Kevin. Good on ya!

Has Silva looked good at all lately?
Id Gabe going to Europe?
Yes...he's on his way...he took the bike...the only problem is the big river.
Smart signing by Todd Kline at RBK. Notice that Reebok is getting back to running.
Actually, I would say that Patrick Joyce (Ray Flynn's old assistant) has more to do with both Lukezic and Reebok getting back to running. Todd Kline--whatever you may like about him--is devoid of personality and is simply a name/cash dropper. (Kline is good at hiring solid people like Joyce though.) Who do you think Reebok is sending out to NCAAs? Not Kline. He is an uptight executive with little ability to relate to your everyday runner.
