Just for fun I went into "google earth" and typed in La Luz Trail, Albuqurque, NM. Is that the trail that goes from 6500 feet elevation to 9000, or something like that? Did you make it to the top? Man, if you did that is awesome! Can you tell any difference in the oxygen at the top of the trail? Once you get used to it, do you think that the long mountain trail runs like that are better for your endurance than the short Copper Hill repetitions?
