The person who responded to you earlier was not me.Please understand my writings.I dont talk like that guy.Yes I am open to coaching athletes,my training camp will start soon here in New Mexico.Today I am in Olso and I will be back next week. I am in Oslo as a guest of honor and after Oslo I will be ready to start coaching youth from middle school to professional athletes around the world. Make no mistake my program is for the people from 14 to 102 year old.Each group has to go five levels to be successful.It takes two to seven years plan.It is a feasible pilot program that it requires full assistantship. Take me as an example, I am still in Level II. I cant force my physical body structures I have to follow the rules to get to level V for Victory. Look I am about to lounch level III.Do you know how long I have sitting in Level II? Your body tells you when you follow some specific trainning. It is like a student,who sits in class for one year, after awhile he/she wants to move on to the next level.Because of mental activities. This one is physical activities input that it requires to move on to the next level and you will know when is time to move on. The problem with physical activity sports is that people wants performance now or they wanted yesterday.They are not patient as someone like me.They dont pay attention to the physiological movements machenics.They pull or push and if they dont get it,they get frustrated because like I say they wanted to have it yesterday or now.Once their minds are set up like that it is hard to progress. I know. Why do you think I broke four world records in 81 days and got back to do the same after three years? Because,I know how to shift gears,when and how. Please edit to understand |

To neutrino I am not there yet;I just finish 132 minutes my usual long loop run. I just started my third year of training.You remember I began this assignment in June 2006 and two year hsa gone by while I am still sitting on level II. Sometimes between now and by December of this year I will be lounching level III. To answer you question: I will be increasing the materials of specifity assignments that propes physiological needs for the body to leap forward. You get my point. Henry |

Oslo was great visit,I enjoyed,I gave a speech in three points:My past good experiences,the present running world for both men and women of Kenyan runners,and the support system of these athletes. They were happy to hear how proud I am in my optimistic running contribution and much support system made to me.They saw my heart,they saw my spirit and that was great I went to Bislett Games not only they saw my happy feet running around the track 30 years ago they also saw my happy heart standing in front of them and you saw my photo on letsrun.com when I was there that it is true. To lake meadow It took me 140 minutes too hot.The sun was right up in the sky,I went out late this morning and the sun was burning my head and the sweat was tripping down through the shoulders and here again few lbs off my shoulders.I dont do this very often just once a week.I dont need dry sauna today the hot sun was enough. No more bi bellies in me. Finally those beer belly is removed.I am removing off those fat in the liver and used as fuel as food for today. All I need is water for the day. Henry |

To day I was out there running after four days of sleeping and feeling depress;however, I manage to kick in 110 minutes + 15 minutes exercise weight + sit up in dry saun 15 minutes. The reason why I was depress is because I lost my granma,who lived up 118 years from 1880 - June 21,2008. Thanks Henry |

Wow! Your grandmother lived a very long life and probably was a big influence on you as a young person. My grandmother was very dear to me also. She died at age 88, about 15 years ago. I still think of her. Try not to be depressed, but to be happy in celebrating her long life and the positive things she brought to this life and world. Cheers! |

Henry, Sorry for your loss. A few years ago a friends mother died at either 103 or 106-records varied- and he looked into oldest men and woman records. 122 for women and 120 for men. Your Grandmother may have been one of the oldest people ever, for sure in top 20. BTW your typoed 1880 not 1890. 128 she would have been the oldest person ever by far. Glad to hear you are still getting in a good base workout every day. Best Tom |

Yep, she has a big influence in my life.I spoke with her,'saisere assope'means bye I will live, and that was her last word from her on Thursday. On Saturday she past away in the morning.You are right I try not to be depress ,but those senses sneaks on me slowly.Lefting weights helps to take away depression. Thank you. henry |
