Funny how he's got those rather impressive times to speak for him, yet some of the predictions I saw on here for NCAA XC next year had him out of the top 10. I think he's rather underrated.

Benniger is finishing his 3rd, so provided he has used an red-shirts, he will be a senior next year.

He's a true junior right now.
this is a guy who ran 3:41 as a freshman in the 1500 and has 13:30 and under 8 min in the 3 k lots of endurance!..i look for him to do some major damage in the future. he as broken 24 for an 8k as well
