I think its stupid. Dumbest thing Ive ever heard. Pot is not good, true, very true. But it is def. not a performance enhancer. If anything it hurts the athlete. Who gives a shit if he wants to smoke weed. Its not giving him an unfair advantage.
He broke a rule. Plain & simlple. Track & Field is his job. Just like almost any other job, if you fail a drug test you get fired. Hell, if you fail a drug test in the military you get sent to prison. He should be happy he only gets a two year suspension.

He's not employed by anybody. Some jobs, not being drunk or high is important as it adversely affects perform, like would if you were in track & field, not enhance it. Since when should WADA be our moral guardians of the world. It should be between Capel and the law. WADA should stick to chasing eal drug cheats

it's illegal to have marijuana altogether he should face the law. How do the rule read does it say any use of illegal drugs or does it say marijuana?
Right, he should face the law because we all know, from looking at history, that the law is always right. F***ing idiot. And how do the rule read? I didn't know that it do read.
You are a goddamn f***ing moron.
There is no reason whatsoeer for those WADA shitheads to be testing a guy for a motherf***ing joint.
Here's an idea: PUT THE MONEY INTO CATCHING USERS OF ***PERFORMANCE-ENHANCING*** DRUGS.
Wow, you are a bad mother behind that computer screen aren't you. I have been completely straightened out thanks to you.
I don't care if WADA says kool-aid is a banned substance. If they do & someone fails the test, they should be gone.

I definately think grass should not be on the banned list. It's not a PED but rules are rules and if you break them and get caught you have to pay the price. As for legalization and taxes I think grass should be legal and it not only would be taxed but you'ld have all kinds of new jobs created, grass businesses would thrive. The stuff would be regulated and cleaner. You'ld have less people in prison for such a minor offense. And people will certain medical problems would suffer less. But we're a long way off from any of that happening.
Wait, LnL, aren't you a conservative? You'd be the first conservative I've ever known to want to actually LEGALIZE pot.
Never thought I'd ever have anything in common with you...
"I don't care if someone makes a ridiculous and illogical law or rule, that rule-making body or individual has some arbitrary status that allows them to govern in any way they want, whether entirely stupid."
All this rules are rules stuff is stupid, and it is dumb. You rule dudes are seriously in favor of having things like kool-aid banned because you love "the rules" so much?
Anyone who breaks stupid rules is a hero.
Always a good laugh when pudding heads complain about unfair rules and laws after they have been broken.
Thanks.
Can you tell me when WADA's kool-aid law was broken, runswithbears? I was discussing Spider Rico's theoretical rule, which was stupid, and has never been broken because it has never existed.
What do you mean by "pudding head," semantically? This seems like a misnomer; no part of my head is comprised of even a small amount of pudding. Are you using a metaphor? Why? To show how I complained about an unfair law after it was broken? I didn't.
Other, stupid rules are broken continually; this doesn't mean they were never challenged before they were broken.
I was simply making a broader statement about the "rules are rules" logic and how it's kind of unsafe to ascribe so much power to an abstraction like "rules." Many rules are good or necessary. But a rule is not good or necessary just because it is a rule. In fact, the phrase "rules are rules" really doesn't mean anything, if you think about it.
P.S. I also like to run with animals! I've not tried bear yet.

Tougher than you, bitch.

Like I said, you are a moron. Your opinion is moronic. WADA is wasting resources testing for THC, just so that they can hold up these positive tests for non-cheaters while they can\'t/won\'t catch real cheats.
