#12 apparently is up on his running novels.
We used to list our kids has African runners in H.S. invites so the other schools couldn't figure out who was who, or who ran that day.( of course this was before the computer age ) It was intresting to see the other coaches and athletes looking at the results. Seventh man got to be Henry Rono sometimes :-)
How do you use fake names in races, because at packet pick-up, they will find out.

Bob Loblaw is the greatest name ever, i wish everyone ran under it. Good show too.
And Steve Postfontaine shouldn't be getting so much hype. It's not original as i've probably heard it a million times. it was maybe half funny the first time, but not that great.
Mike Oxbig.....a classic.
19th place finisher
Real names. These brothers ran at Milford H.S. in Delaware back in the '70s. I don't remember their last name, but their names were Orangello and Lemongello (orange jellow and lemon jellow). 400-800m. guys.

THAT IS THE BEST ONE YET, THAT GUY IS A GODDAMN GENIUS
I knew I was going to run a crappily slow race, so why not do it under an assumed name. Once I get back into shape, I'll start using my real name, but until then....
