Jack Bauer won the Fresh Pond 2.5M in Cambridge, MA a few weeks ago. Is there nothing that guy can't do!?!
Um...WHY?
I made the Dyestat Elite racing in an indoor high school all-comers meet under the name Quentin Cassidy back in 2001. i guess the name isn't all that funny but i got a kick out of reading message board threads where people were wondering if it was a real name and if he would contend for the state title.
I used one a few years ago. "Kenny duGoode" = Can he do good?
I did alright for me at the time.

Scroll down to the 8.55 mile race, 6th place.
Ima Sprinter used to run 17-18 minute 5K's somewhere in Michigan.
This one is good...

I once used Chuck U. Farley.
Duddits Cavell was a good one:

He tore up the Virginia running scene for a while..:)
In high school we ran a few indoor meets in Michigan, where it was all officially clubs rather than teams. Kermit Ambros would yell at you if you gave him a school name (but Kermit would yell at you for anything anyway). Over the PA once I heard them announce a winner as representing the "Spacely Sprockets Track Club". They even had T-shirts.
I had a Kenyan runner sign up as Nkog Nitoh. After all, he was incognito in that race.
I've seen Skip Dover, Ike Witt, Mike Oxmall and Bob Loblaw in race results. I like the last one. Even though I didn't recognize it as a joke name at first, it must be. Say it out loud and you get Bahhh-Blah-Blah.
For the ladies, there's Constance Truggle, Prudence Tradegy and Eileen Tudor-Wright.
Last, and definitely least, for high school girls, there's J.L. Bate.
Numbers 2 and 6 made me chuckle when I read the results.

An ex-girlfriend ran a race as Amanda Huggenkiss, among other witty names.

by far the best one in this thread.
This race is known locally as the Westfield Pizza Run (though it's not the official name) - check 426th place!
