I went to a mid sized D1, with a good team, so I was never better than 10th during the year. There was a sliding scale...so the guys that went to nationals got a "goody bag" from the sponsor after nationals, we got a couple pairs of trainers and a pair of spikes...and whatever the sponsors deal was on trainers, wholesale price...which still helped.
The tutoring was there too but if you are walk on, then you got into the school on your own merit, and the tutoring for all of the intro non major classes wouldn't really help.
I'll give a list.
Shoes: 0-2 pairs depending on ability
Spikes: 0-1 pairs
Uniform: Team owned
Warmups: Team owned
Bags: Team owned
Travel to meets: only if on travel squad
Early registration: nope
Profs grade inflation: definitely not *but you could reschedule stuff if you had a meet*
Access to trainers: Universal
Access to varsity weight room: Universal
Access to sports psychologist: dunno...never tried it
Massage therapy: Coach's discretion
We had far more guys who were not on scholarship then guy who were on so there wasn't really any use to giving the scholarship guys nicer stuff.
