I have lived in Southern California for over 40 years. Even in the winters here I am tight much of the time. Maybe I feel cooler weather so much because I am mostly slow twitch muscles. All I know that I am so used to temperatures in the 60s to 80s that when it is 45 I am tight. We are experiencing a warmer few days and my running is going much better. I feel like a different person.
