I heard that if you are skinny, scar-free, and have long hair that you will be very popular in prison.
If your hair is short, don't worry, after the first two months of some of the brothers making you grow it out, you will be looking good and will look just like they want you to.

God I feel so stupid. They must allow rape in "hardcore" prisons, and it must be banned in County jails. Maybe they don't even have "rules" per se in the "LOCAL JAIL" as you call it, because they don't need them. They are just "local criminals" after all, not "hardcore" ones. They probably just give you a sheet of guidelines when you arrive for your visit and everyone just follows them to make it go smoother for everyone.

As you can see I have split personalities. That's part of my problem. If I'm not taking my medication, I find myself in places like city parks, truck stops and art museums giving head to men that are total strangers. So technically yes, one part of me was caught doing this and no, another part of me was not.

My advise to stay in shape in a stationary place to get stronger for running would be:
pretend like you are jumping ropes (since I doubt they allow you ropes) and just keep adding on minutes of time
In place Lunge Exchanges do sets of 30, add sets
in place squats -
1 legged squats - switch up the angles
1 legged hops - in place, people might give you s*** for hopping around
calf raises - again switch the angles
then of course what everyone else said about core strength and upper body stuff
i had a friend do time like you (one to many DUIs) and he got in really good shape during that time (but they had a weight room) and wrote a lot of letters to people he owed apologies (including me), it think it was actually fairly theraputic for him in a way. and he came out a lot more sober. i wouldnt say he was depressed, it seemed like he made good use of his time and came out kind of renewed after having time to reflect on his screw ups and make an attempt at fixing them. you might want to follow that lead and write a letter to your parents apologizing for letting them down.
