Now that we all saw Malone get their butts kicked by GV. What about regionals for the GLIAC? Pro's are we wont have to hear Malone talk like a bunch of douche's. Throw in Cedarville, Lewis, Parkside, USI, how do you guys think GV, Ferris, Ashland fare as the top GLIAC teams?
Guys get 5 teams out of the region this year, so here is how I expect it to shake out.

Southern Indiana
Cedarville
Ashland
Ferris
With parkside and Lewis just missing, proving the great choking qualities of the glvc. Wouldn't be surprised to see southern Indiana get third or fourth either, they tend to not run their best at regionals, but always do well at the big show.
who are cedarville? what conf? are they new to the region?
This is a really tough region, to be honest 6 or even 7 teams could go and do well in Missouri.... That said:

Lewis is very top heavy but not great 4 and 5 and are really relying on 1-2 to be way up there... This could have so many scenarios because ashland's 6th guy was 74th at GLIACs so they are strictly 5 deep. This regional will be great to watch. Hopefully GLIAC gets 3 teams in there
Also, Cedarville is new to the conference and are very good. They have a great front runner and a solid pack. In fact, I think that Cedarville's guy will win regionals. tough kid.

You were right. Not in that order but you had the teams. Very exciting race. Great race by the Cedarville winner and nice come back race from Michael Jordan.
Yea, great region to watch. And turns out 3 GLIAC teams went 1-2-3...Didn't expect that, very great peaks by Ashland and Ferris. Really showed USI and Cedarville up today. Cedarville's #1 30:30...Impressive
How would Malone finish in these results?

They would be 3rd or 4th. They would have been similar to Ashland.
I didn't notice until now but it looks like GV was resting Steve Fuelling who won the GLIAC meet. He didn't run yesterday.
Predictions for the national meet?
GVSU - 6th
USI - 10th
Ashland 12th
Cedarville 13th
Ferris 14th
If they run like at regionals...that's also factoring in Fueling for GV
