The course is at Eastern State Hospital in Williamsburg. Rolling hills, and one killer. W&M's course is short by about 75m, but their woods loops aren't wide enough to meet NCAA regs. Look for a modified 2k loop design over the hilliest part of the course.
Hendrix' wood loops weren't nearly wide enough for NCAA regs, hell nationals doesn't conform to standards sometimes. I agree that they should modify W&M's course if they wanna comply, but do you know for sure they actually will?
By killer are you talking about the really short one, aka "retard hill?" Yeah it's tough, but it's so short it doesn't make a huge difference. Is it normally run twice during the 8k race?
