Hey dude, any updates? Curious to see how your training has been going. I've kind of taken inspiration from your thread, even if things didn't work out at Boston. I'm just today about to finish a week that will likely cap at 162 miles (I've done 150 and have one last 12 miler planned tonight) and I feel pretty decent surprisingly. I guess the difference is that I built up to it over a few months with an average of a hair over 100mpw and 3 other weeks over 133, and I haven't tried doing 130+ mile weeks back to back. Don't let your Boston performance discourage you; if you smartly work back to this kind of mileage and stay healthy, you ought to be able to create some serious aerobic gains.
