You're right. I wasn't saying that I agree with her. She was using the NDA to her defense but yes, if it included illegal activities like drug trafficking, it's void. And it did.
Let's face it, a woman like Kristin can't have much strength of character given the fact she dated, married and then procreated with Lance Armstrong. Lance, by his own admission, always has been a bully. You can be certain Lance specifically targets women with weak, bland, non-opinionated personalities who stay the line in their relationships with him (i.e., allow themselves to be bullied and manipulated by him). Kristin probably did whatever she was told by Lance- including preparing PEDs for him and his teammates, lying to her children and other questionable things.
For the most part, men desire submissive, meek women. And by that I mean, they love to bully, dominate and then blame such women when things go wrong (because, after all, it is the woman’s fault when domineering men take advantage of a woman's innocence and kindness to achieve their ill-conceived, self-serving ends).
Kristin would be well served to swear off men in her future. She can't handle them.

I believe it was in Tyler's book where Tyler mentions how bizarre Lance got regarding Kristin. Accusing her of cheating with a bodyguard or assistant? Literally he divorced her over a very short period of time. I'll have to look in the book and get a direct quote.
