Why am I going to go find something that I just told you doesn't exist? If you think many more than 1.2% of the population develops coeliac disease in their lives, show me some information. I don't think you can find that, so you'll have to fall back on the nebulous "gluten sensitivity" that's so popular these days.

It's exactly the same thing; you don't get to pick and choose your stats. If you only quote the prevalence rate for coeliac, then you can only use the prevalence rate for cancer to make the same determination. To do otherwise is a dishonest argument.

Why are several of you spelling it "Coeliac"? That's the typical British spelling, and it's spelled "Celiac" pretty much everywhere else. Are you all British?

This is what is known as a red herring argument. You are the only person who has mentioned "gluten sensitivity".

Dishonest argumentation is wrong, and so far you are 2-for-2.
