And about how Israel gave up the entire Sinai desert (which they had captured in war) to Egypt in exchange for peace, giving up oil reserves in the process. And I'm pretty sure you forgot about the Syrian invasions of Lebanon.

Are you kidding? Israel is the only country in the whole region that allows for gays to serve openly in the military and for freedom of speech and religion. Women have more rights there than ANY other country in the middle east, and MUSLIMS have more rights there than ANY other country in the middle east. Yet you call the Israelis racist. What planet do you live on? Tell me, could a Jew hold democratic office in Saudi Arabia? Well, Arabs hold office in Israel's parliament. That is a "fact." Go to freedomhouse.org and look up which countries are considered "free" in the middle east. Hint: there's only one, and it starts with "Is" and ends in "rael."
Also, you could convert to Judaism if you really wanted to, although it's an arduous process. Part of the reason it's so difficult is because they try to dissuade you since Jews experience so much worldwide hatred and discrimination. Who would want to subject themselves to that?
It is my "opinion" that you are either A) ignorant, B) a bigot, or C) a combination of A and B. I really hope it's the former and not the later.

Why would Russia or China jump in? Let's say the US responds to an Iranian threat--closing Hormuz. Iranian gov't collapses (it could have if Obama had given any support to the uprisings previously). Iran will still have oil. It will be available on the open market for sale. Russia/China buy it. They might lose some in nuclear plant tech, but not enough to go to war over.
Israel is a U.S. Occupation with European foreigners who have been proven by scientists to be distant relatives of Middle Easterners. The Palestinians on the other hand are native Middle Easterners and have the right to live in the land stolen from them by the United States. The United States must admit it's mistake and withdrawl it's military occupiers from Palestine and Israel and restore the native Palestinians. This has been the central conflict of the Middle East and the stated cause of WTC 9-11 attack.
Don't forget that China under The Great Khan conquered Iran, Russia, Syria, Palestine, Iraq, Northern India, Turkey, Hungary, etc.

Israel struck first, attacking the Egyptian Air Force, launched a massive assault, fought the entire war outside her borders, capturing large tracts of land that she still occupies 45 years later and illegally settles with her own people. Oh, and by the way, accomplished this in six DAYS. Yet you have been fooled into thinking this was a defensive war by Israel. It was a god damned land grab.

Religion doesn't really matter atall. In 1947 the U.S. invaded Palestine with Russian, German, French, Poles, Dutch, and Americans and the stole Palestine from the native population. Those invaders are still in Palestine and they must leave else no peace is possible. The native people must be re-stored and re-patriated to Palestine.
