Considering the money at stake, I "loaded up" on the front end, and put my body through a lot of hell (glycogen depletion + dehydration) the last couple days. I did actually lose some "real weight," but the pain and misery of eating smoked salmon and greens all the time led me to binge it all back in the ensuing weeks.
