That would never happen in our conference as we do real track here. Your rep, Russell from Lock Haven, won't change it because his guy has already qualified. Lock Haven's outdoor lj pit is illegal also and will not be allow into NCAA's.

You wonder why your conference gets no respect. Because Watts and Russell cheat and now an athlete not from their school is going to get penalized.

Luckily the pit is filled with sand, not precious diamonds. So it should be pretty easy to get some for the pit. So, no one is "cheating" and two quality coaches won't have to get accused of it by some coward.

It is easy but filling it is another thing. It is suppose to be level with the board. Touch base with me after the meet and then see if they are being "accused" or guilty as charged.

And to think that one of my teammates will join you. What is his mother thinking?

I was in the race, I pred by lik 17 seconds. Which was surprising to me because the weather was so bad.

PSACs is days away. lets hear those predictions. who will win what event? who will take the cake?

Might as well make some predictions....not too educated on these, just throwing stuff out there.

800m: Wainwright-IUP

-Hasn't run an open 800 since late January, so I kinda want to give him the edge over Jewel who'll finish 2nd. Consideration goes to Alex Smith of Cal PA, Weeks of KU, Jamieson of SRU as well.

Mile: Beegle - SHIP

-Can't argue with a 4:06 closing. I agree with who said it's his for the taking if he goes for it. If he's not in it, Hilton over Bud P. by a slim margin. Others: Keller and MacNabb.

3000m: A Lock Haven or Ship Guy

-Who else really?

5000m: LHU or Ship.

-Dinzeo of Cal, PA is a legitimate threat to place but doubt he can unseat one of the big guns.

ESU and Ku do not have the milers to contend with Ship Mansfield, or LHU.

Everyone know Mansfield will load it they don't have anyone else under a 4:30 mile. What Ship does will depend on how many points they think they can get out of Beagle. Either way that will be a fantastic race.

If Mansfield decides to put an A team on the line for the 4x8, I forsee them being hard to beat.. Plaszenski, MacNabb, and Robinson are all 1:56 guys and their 4th, Aylesworth, is a 1:58 guy.

Also, since ESU is lacking the knockout miler, I wouldn\'t be surprised if they stacked the 4x8, too, and they could throw together a nice 4.. Amr Aldeen, Mahmoud Aldeen, Saparito, and anyone else (Jannsen, Werley). If they do that, I give the edge to them over the field because Saparito will be in the be in good position to close for the win.

SRU could be dangerous, but outside of Jewel and Jamieson, they are a little weak in the 800. Should be interesting!

i doubt that mansfield will put out an A team for the 4x800. i would imagine that they would do that for the dmr, in which they need to improve on to get to nationals. this would take the efforts of mcnabb, plaszenski and robinson.

All I can say is that you are lucky we are not running.

Someone's obviously a little bitter from being left out of nationals. Watts is probably burning you guys out already, you'll be worthless by outdoor PSAC's as always.

Watts coaches the Scots not the Scott's.
