I've heard the same story only I heard it was wine at an Easter dinner.

Spring 2009 if I'm not mistaken? I believe most, if not all, of the athletes were reinstated the next season. Not going to name names, sorry broseph.
Again, you have no idea what you are talking about. Athletes have missed meets because of alcohol violations, but that is typical of most "Reputable" institutions.
The season I believe you are referencing, I can think of one guy that MISSED a meet. Maybe you are that guy? still bitter? An alcohol policy was violated, but don't you love how rumors get started?

Maybe I'm wrong. I don't go and didn't go to Lehigh. Just heard the story through the PL grapevine. Although the fact that statsguy knew something about it makes me believe there is some truth to it.

Yeah I know a little bit more about it but I'm not going to say anything as I'd like to remain an anonymous coward.
Either way, Bisonburger, you are wrong.
And the fact is (to original poster's topic)
Lehigh's current distance guys will ALL be returning..
No Lehigh guys were kicked off the team that year. End of discussion.
Iona meet of Champs last year?
Double secret probation?
I guess they like to party, nothing wrong with that
Hell ya!
if by party you mean sip chardonnay and watch the notebook.
bring these mountain hawks up to party with colgate's womens team for a weekend and they'd be holding one anothers hair back as they took turns kissing porcelin.
^^for the record, i dont even go to colgate, i just know lehigh cant party for sh!t
i bet a Sunday evening at Holy Cross before mass gets significantly rowdier then any "party" in the Lehigh Valley.
Guys, guys, come on. Let's get serious here. It's only about ten days until patriots and we are still blathering on about partying? "Oh I party so hard, blah blah- well I party even harder blah blah- yeah well I dip my tampons in grain alcohol just to pregame blah blah." Enough. Let's get this thread back to where it should be. Elise Deroo.
I wonder if the holy/chosen one will be in attendance on race day? For those of you unenlightened few, here's some material to get your jangles jingling:
