I am sure they are pissed that he keeps following them around the world. He has to be bitter that he has a 10 year ban, and he is trying to hang on to whatever influence he has over athletes he has dirt on. The athletes can't get a restraining order against him, or he will probably let out what he knows.
I actually think the athletes are clean now, but probably took something banned at one point in time that Block administered/recommended. They know that he could really ruin their reputations if he revealed the nature of this past doping, so they have to placate this fool to keep his mouth shut.
There is no way in hell these athletes want him around. Would you bring your sketchy/shady/criminal friends to your workplace?
