Yes, the main reason this is such a large improvement is its his first healthy season out of college. In 2011 he ran a mile or and 3k or indoors but then missed all outdoors not racing until sept. See has always had the ability to break 340 for a few years, just not the freedom to run fast paced races fresh at the right time without rounds.
