Not the week I wanted, but not bad. The last marathon cycle I had, I got to 70 miles twice. This time, this is my 5th 70+ week in the last 6 weeks. Busy weekend prevented me from getting my 18 miler in. My speed is still toast as the workouts with 5k pickups are really tough. I have a 5 mile race on a hilly course this week. I just want to see some improvement. This week I will cut back the milage to see if I can get some results from all my work.
nirunner: I wondered the same thing before starting to post... I haven't been kicked out yet!
VF runner: Nice Race. 5:09 before marathon training starts is a nice result. Were you doing the Philly Masters meet?
