I didn't say he had to watch it. My problem is that he gave someone a hard time for posting a link to a great interview. Rojo used it as a lame dis to the site that does tons of interviews and insights of runners on video instead of just writing about them. It was a childish response. Not a response from someone who is involved in promoting and talking about the sport of running. Also, from someone who coaches at a higher learning facility. His response just hit me the wrong way. I normally don't criticize like this, but it warranted criticism.

I agree with Rojoid. The endless quantity of boring sidebar videos and podcasts on a multitude of $5/mo websites are just too much for normal people to wade through each day. TheCassidyFeed or some other website might take the opportunity to extract on a dailiy basis, a written digest or synopsis of this material. Most people just don't have the time to sort through the mass quantity of useless dribble that's now out there on those websites.

Kinda funny that a guy devotes much of his time to a running website as well as being a coach and then says "I'm too busy" to a guy that's trying to help out with his question.

Yet you spent about five to ten minutes reading this whole thread. Don't you wish someone would just summarize the thread so you don't have to read the whole thing. Plus it must really suck to have to go to the next page to continue reading it. Again, Rojo's comment was not needed. All he had to do was not watch the video.

You are right i am always wondering what is up with people who just fall off the radar. However one thing these message boards show is pretty much everyone who is an important runner has several people around them that know the real deal and happen to read this website. I think you guys should start a bio database section to your page that is updateable by everyone similar to Wikipedia concept but just to track all the great runners of the US and the world.

Im not actually defending rojos post, actually i think while he definitly had a point that its annoying to have to watch a 10 min interview when you only want about 3 seconds worth of specific information, he came off as a tad pompous if you really analyze the post

my point is why really analyze a two line post? if it was anyone else no one would have said a word about it or even noticed it, but because its one of the creators of a free website everyones the video guys best friend and have to get their shots in...what do we have 6 posts now flaming him for this? going so far as to say the 3 seconds of thought he put into his statement characterizes him as "the epitome of lazy" come on was it really that big of a deal?

not saying they are perfect, but everytime wejo or rojo make an appearance on here, no matter how big or small the issue, the thread will undoubtedly turn into a brojo bash...granted you can make an argument about them being public figures so warrant higher criticism, but to the rational mind its just annoying

It says she was injured basically. It's a great watch though, i get what you're saying, but at the same time i'm happy he didn't summarize it because i might not have watched the entire video. You should check it out, it's a great interview about making it through tough times when being injured.
