qualifying for 4 events is not that impressive, especially given the 2:00 and 4:29. You can qualify in as many events as you want, but it doesn't mean anything unless you score.

True, however, it was done on Kutztown's track which is a tad slower....a lot slower....than a mondo surface. While the standard for the 800 is pretty pedestrian, it does show some solid range at the very least. Plus, it's not just him; they do have 3 guys in the 5k who are close together.

They may not be the Hiltons, Getz or Beegles of the PSACs, but they should at least qualify as "underrated".

I'll see your 'underrated' and raise you a 'forgettable.'

You better add some more points to ESU as Graham just ran 48.83 in the 400 at NY. He should win conference and add 10 points to ESU.

LHU should have a fairly easy time winning thanks to the distance races. These are the same top 5 teams from last year just a different order on 1-2 and 4-5.

sru lost weiss to the real world, reagan to the hippie underground, grey flunked out of school, ulrich and leonard to injuries, walton's lost in the woods hunting down dinner. lack of leadership has the rest of the team all over the place from what i hear

Hopefully SRU will show up. The distance races should still be great as all are up for grabs. The throws and jumps are dominated by people up front so the winner is not questioned. Where is Westbrook the jumper from IUP?

SRU has only been good at the distance events recently, not traditionally. The lack of leadership starts much higher then the athletes. What you are seeing now is SRU as they normally are.

LHU is not going to have an easy time winning thanks to the ship distance team. Ship showed how strong they were in XC at regionals. Then look back to last years outdoor and indoor PSACs and throw Ed Buck and Matt Gillette into the picture. Ed Buck Tripled a 2:59.0, 4:13, and 1:53.5 last weekend in NY and Gillette went 4:11 and 8:33.

Fast times this weekend! Haven's DMR ran a 9:56.5 to take down the field at Boston, Mugun from IUP jumped into a 5k and jogged a 15:10 at Baldwin Wallace, and SRU had some nice 800 times from Akron: Rector at 1:52.1 and freshman Kevin Jewel ran a 1:53.6. PSACs is 2 weeks away! Looks like these guys are getting hot at the right time.

Yes they should both score about the same in distance but there are other events and Haven is stronger overall.

Jake Sitler a big deal???? I really don't see that as a threat coming from SHIP with the recent times he has run--not trying to be a dick or anything.

Anyways, I finally saw that Beegle ran. Good to see that he is somewhat back and hopefully getting healthier. If he can finally get back to a 100%, Spence could probably have him set to win the 5k, since he obviously has the best credentials for that event over anyone else in this conference at that distance.

I do, however, have to tip my hat off to Hilton for that amazing 1600split he ran in the DMR at Boston. That was awesome!!!! Nice job!!!! That is going to be an interesting race to watch at PSACS. I am curious to whether SHIP or HAVEN are going to hammer for the W or not.

And I won't leave out the SRU half milers...Looks like they finally figured out how to peak at the right time. Those times are stellar for going into PSACS.
