it sounds to me that ships team is being a bunch of a**holes to brady. Sounds like a bunch of clicky dudes ganging up on the guy. He did post a nice respectable post about his situation... and then someone has to call him a pussy....not cool.
I know we're just starting indoors and I don't mean this to be a "this coach sucks and should be fired" question. But are their any rumors about PSAC coaches moving on after the spring, either retiring or taking a job somewhere else?

But to clear up everything and answer people's questions. No I am not on the SHIP's track team. I made some bad decisions and now I have to live with the consequences. So like previous posters said, worry about other runners in the PSAC that actually matter.
I do, however, absolutely love running, so I am going to keep training and running whether I am on a team or not. Deal with it, you can't stop it. I am doing my thing, so do your thing, which I hope is more than spending time on this thread.
In closing, I want to say good luck to SHIP this coming indoor season. You HAVEN boys gotta lot of work to do. haha...jk. Good luck to you both, I am excited to see what is to come between you two. HAPPY RUNNING!

On another note, Hillary Mugun was a 1500m runner in Kenya, sporting a PR in the range of 3:51 or so, but with how his XC season went, you'll probably see him run everything from the 1500-5k.
I talked to Mugun today and he said he was mostly a 200/400 runner in Kenya but he had run some longer races. Mugun said he was running 800/1500 this season. Not sure where DonKeyman got his info.
I'm pretty sure my info on Mugun is accurate, considering I'm his teammate and I run with him every day. I'm just putting that out there.
I am from IUP and it saddens me to see the only thing that people think of now when IUP comes up is "Kenyan"

I remember a time when this thread wasn't so hostile, ooops nevermind definitely wasn't on here.
Edwards of Mansfield ran a 17:10 this past weekend. I still can't believe that someone with a 5k time like that missed making it to NCAA's.
I'm hoping she gets a sub 17 by the end of indoor, if not outdoors this year!

So looking at the Cal U website the Clarion head coach is now listed as an assistant coach. Anyone know whats going on?

Some of the top 800 runners in the conference competed, giving us a preview of a group that will likely be in the top 8.. the SRU guys look pretty impressive early on.
Also, I saw that McNabb from Mansfield went 4:19.6 in the mile and his teammate, Plaszenski went 4:21.9.
In the longer events, Ulrich from SRU threw down a 15:13 and Leonard ran a 15:52.
