Pretty sure that guys will run sub15 for indoor conferences this weekend...and just because they haven't run it yet on paper doesn't mean that they can't do it. Obviously you don't have any knowledge about distance running or how it works. After this weekend you will probably realize what a freaking dumb ass you are and hopefully learn not to post stupid shit like that, which embarrasses you and your program. And pretty sure that more than half the distance people in this conference both past and present are "real runners" and contribute more to their team than you ever will.

on the men side that's 3 people and 2 relays. what do the 4 sprints and one sprint relay look like?

Ok you are right then, I thought we were talking about the recent indoor AR for the 5k set by Shalane.

But if you still want to compare the guys in our conference to women's indoor WR's then it still proves your an idiot and that the sprints are in no way superior to the distance in the conference. The fastest time for any guy in our conference is 21.95, the women's WR is 21.87. So if we apply your idiotic logic than the sprinters in our conference must suck.

So once again you are wrong. No one else on this thread agrees with you accept your retarded sprinter teammates, even the best athlete to come out of your program in a long time, Iuri Pinto, agrees with me.

DMR is going to be a good race between SHIP, SRU, and LHU. SRU will come home with a win, a new PSAC record and going to nats.

WARRIOR...I would watch what you say on here. But here are my two cents. I firmly believe that any student athlete who truely works hard and is dedicated would never attempt to bring down another athlete. Anyone that has ever worked hard in any event understands the pressures and dedication.

It is my assumption that you are either just try to get a rise of people OR you are unsuccessful and have not worked hard for anything in your life. From experience I can vouch that distance guys are some of the hardest working and most consistant athletes across the board. Granted there are always exceptions which go both ways. Most sprinters are born fast and simply need fine tuning and strength training. Most distance guys are born average or below average and work their asses off to be successful. Until you can put you name on a post, do us all a favor and stop making yourself, your team, and you conference look like shit.

But, if you really mean that "across the board", to apply to all athletes and all sports, well, your statement is simply dead-wrong.
