5k: beegle, getz, johnson
4x8: rock, lock, ship
dmr: lock, ship, rock
5k - Hans is going to be top 3
prettyy sure they don't have an indoor team that competes at PSAC's
are you sure? i know they dont race that much ... but he just ran a 14:40 for edinboro.
i think this is the first year they are competing indoors for men.
pun intended
they will be at PSACS
Edinboro will not be there.
yeah im pretty sure other teams would know the week before if there was another team competing at the championship... edinboro will not be there, their athletic website says nothing about having an indoor team, they have nobody in any events except distance, you cant have 5 or 6 guys compete by themselves with no team. THEY WONT BE RUNNING AT PSACS.
They would have to be listed on directathletics and they are not.

no spick fan wrote:It is early in the morning and we got back from a poor meet at Bucknell and I have to go study. I just want to tell those who read this that not all the guys and very few of the girls loved spick. I hated the f------. Last year after he quit he came to practice and set his ass in the bleachers and criticized what we were doing with Coach White. He and Doc tried their best to turn everyone against White. Both were just negative people always complaining about the administration but did nothing to make ourselves better. No fundraising or community service just negative stuff all the time. I learned more from Coach White in the first week than I did my entire time under Spick and Doc. Coach White really knows his stuff and is demanding. Our team used to be so disorganized and undisciplined but now we are becoming a real team except for the distance runners. Coach White does not go to bars with the team like Spickler did and he does not try to be our best friend. He does go to classes to check that we are attending but no bars. The track team had a higher GPA than the XC team. Where else does that happen? To bad some of the distace runners will not buy in because if they would just listen they would be so much better. Before our team was like a club as we came and went when we pleased. Now we have real organized practices daily and you must be there. I am excited as we are getting better every week. Stop the hate as it is only effecting the ones who write it. Instead distance guys, try running faster than you did it high school. Your comments are only hurting you as our coaches could not care less about what you said only about how you perform.
Ok Ralph White we know this was you that posted this, because its the same style as your gay emails with bad grammar and run on sentences. If you wouldn't keep throwing off the our better distances runners then we would have a better team. Im surprised you would say that, because you weren't at the majority of the practices last year as well as the meets. Coach Fry did a hell of a job helping Chris Gardner in the high jump which is suppose to be one of your specialties.
ps at least Coach Spickler didnt get his masters degree from an online diploma mill school

Ha!! No matter where this guy goes there is problems. I like coach White as a person I believe he really loves the sport of running. I do believe he doesn't have a clue how to coach or how to talk to people. But hey if you feel coach White brings you together as team then that great maybe he has changed his ways.

Neely is sick and will not run both the mile and 3.
ESU is def. not the top 3 teams .... they have no body in distance that will score
The world does not revolved around distance runners. We have many other areas where we will score big.

Warriors,
Nice grammar, and the world may not revolve around distance runners but I bet if you had some decent ones you would actually be in contention for once.
If Neely isn't doing the mile or 3k because she is "sick", then what is she going to run? I highly doubt she won't be running those two events.
Neely will proably do one of those events and a relay. Mostly likely the 3k. They sayed she was not going to run BOTH.
LETS GO WARRIORS
