Skuj has gone from letsrun. The obsession/stalking has ceased. Long live DYRT.

So why do his posts from that forum keep getting pasted here?
Hey farmer, farmer. I'm a farmer too.
give up worrying about what ole' skuj would do
save those thoughts for when headed to the loo
In the mean time go and run , It's better not to stew
Timm's hill. 16 miles in 2:38. 3 of us today. 10 minutes faster than 2 weeks ago . yeah.

So you're suggesting that Skuj is still here? Even after he swore he would not post here again? You are saying Skuj is a liar?
Heading to the loo.....
yesterday- 3 mile warm up, 4xmile @ threshold (5:40,5:43,5:38,5:39) with a 2 min rest in between, easy 3 mile cool down, form drills, stretch, core work and strides
today-9.5 recovery run through trails and roads
Whew....I got my mojo back today.
During "lunch hour" I did 40mins easy + 4x200m(ish) on the old dirt track with 2min recoveries (walk across field) + 5min jog. I felt good. It was WARM!
The 200s started off as a stridey 40sec, then a surge 36sec, then pushed 33sec and 32sec.
driske,
10 minutes faster or ALM 10 minutes faster?lol...go for it my man, you are a young buck after all...
so inter-national running day it was: i bike back home, get the kids psyched up to go for a bike ride in the park. yeah. on the way we stop to pick up the weekly frit and vegetable basket, trafficky and sidewalks slalom type situation, kids are learning urbab survival skills. cool i think. then my 6yo bike breaks. so it's off to the neighbohood repair shop. cool. leave his bike there and proceed back home to leave the F&V basket. From home it is back to the park with my boy riding on the cane. 1k in the park we crash tipping 180 but amazingly dont get hurt. So we proceed to the campone where in light of the national occurrence i manage to whip up a quick 4x600 as the two of them sneak behind this personal trainer-type who was wearing out these two women. I actually wanted to do 6 of them but all the stress my sad ny left soleus reacting to the no-warm up scenario. Anyway they were going like 2:11, 2:03, 1:59, 1:57 and getting faster if it were not for my stoppage. Bike back home, shower them, fix dinner and wait for the bride to come home...
there you are: happy national running day
12 X 300 on the track with some of the XC team and the coach. I came in last (out of 3 or 4) by about 4-5 seconds each time but I did manage to pass somebody in one of the 300s...blowing up in the process and losing my lead quickly. Definitely the best 300 though.
Happy NRD to all!
Not much "me time" available today, but I was not going to let NRD get away without a little something something. Ha, ha! So I did one lap on the track and then back to the grind. Hopefully I'll have more to report this weekend.
Not too surprised to see our friend is up to his old "tricks." Ha, ha! He just can't let go!
Hope you all had a great NRD. Keep up the good work, all!
As an outsider looking in on this thread, I have to say I really dispise Running Dogg, Skuj and CVRR. No two ways about it, they just ruin this thread. Anyway they can be banned?
I like reading about running and life from the rest of you. Keep it up.
I just dont get what rundog is saying half the time, but someone keeps picking on skuj and pasting his stuff from his website; what is the purpose of that if he doesn't care for being here anymore?
Its so easy to say you dispise those 3 when one (ie you) is anonymous. So skuj and his club takes the hit there. You dont care. Why do you do this so obsessively?

Bike back home, shower them (THE KIDS), fix dinner and wait for the bride to come home...

Go to the mirror, boy!
(P.S. despise)
TPCB, should I be concerned that I understood your post with the typos??
Those cheerful, stressful, squeeze it in when you can days are mostly behind me -except when my little grand-daughters come to stay.
Driske, it sounds like we hit pretty similar sessions. My 28ish kms was very pleasant and I felt full of running. Perhaps the rain invigorated me.
Today, an hour on the mtn bike -nice relaxed effort except for the 1.7k rough, muddy climb to Viewing Rock. My planned easy 5k jog was hijacked by my wife and became a brisk 3k walk with her and our near blind, deaf and very dumb springer spaniel. Upon returning home I did a 1200m jog around the block and 25 chins and 20 dips.
Then we wandered up to the pub for dinner -smoked chicken with avocado, mango, dried tomato, pine nuts, rocket and baby spinach, mmm....oh yeah also 2 strongbows and a slice of choc chip cheesecake, woops!!

RD started this thread and deserves a lot of credit for its success. He talks about running and does a good job moderating the trolls. He got Skuj banned twice, but it didn't help.

Skuj is obviously still here. He is posting his own workouts, just using a different name to try to fool you. It's not working. RD would tell you that himself, but he cannot. The moderators must maintain a certain level.

[mopak]
lol mopak, its either that or the equivalent of an expert knowledge system reliably learning from datat analysis! either way, isnt a sure sign that doing this describing thing adds up to getting to know one another! very cool...
it could be (you know, i'm conditional!!) like thinking wallabies are going to herd out of the pine wood when i'm running in Villa Pamphili...
I'd really like to do 4x400m with 4min rests mid-late Saturday afternoon. I don't know if that works for the other guys or not, but that workout is my "next step", lol.
6 mile flush run today...felt kind of stiff. Plenty of time before tomorrows track workout.
