Ok lets get a couple of things out there.

So I guess what Im trying to say is as a coach you need to be there to coach and also guide your athletes in life with urging them to make right choices and also being there if sh!t hits the fan. Ralph does not put the effort out there to make an athlete feel comfortable.

p.s. the board in charge of scholarships for IUP just gave the track program 14 additional scholarships for Jamaican athletes.

In my defense, I never said anything about there being a direct correlation between errors in letsrun posts and what you are doing with your life. The only reason I posted was because the previous poster was getting on Russ' case for grammatical errors, when in fact, the poster himself/herself also had grammatical errors.

There is no doubt in my mind that you are currently (or at some point will be) leading a very successful life, just as it sounds Sean is living.
